Challenge:
The main challenge was to achieve a bright mirror-like appearance while also maintaining a clear and dimensional triangular texture on the visible surface. The mirror-finish area required extremely high surface quality, while the triangular texture needed to be sharp, uniform, and visually three-dimensional. During mold manufacturing and molding, it was necessary to avoid defects such as flow marks, weld lines, sink marks, polishing marks, texture distortion, uneven gloss, or insufficient texture definition. The combination of mirror-finish requirements and textured surface details made both tooling precision and process control more demanding.

Solution:
We applied high-precision machining and fine polishing to the mirror-finish areas to ensure a bright and uniform surface quality. For the 3D triangular texture, the mold surface was carefully machined and controlled to ensure sharp edges, consistent depth, and strong visual definition. The gate layout, cooling system, and molding parameters were optimized to improve material flow, reduce surface defects, and maintain stable texture replication. During mold trials, the process settings were fine-tuned to achieve both a consistent mirror-like appearance and a clear three-dimensional texture effect.
