  • Structural Characteristics and Shape Design

The main body is molded as a rigid structure, while selected edges and corners are overmolded to create a softer transition, improving fit and reducing the risk of interference with adjacent components during assembly.

    Overmolding Process and Protective Functions
    An overmolding process is applied after the rigid substrate is formed, precisely covering designated areas with a secondary material. The overmolded zones can provide edge protection, cushioning, and auxiliary sealing support, helping reduce looseness, noise, or scratching caused by assembly tolerances.     Mold Design and Molding Control
