    The main challenge was to prevent yellowing by controlling the melt temperature and keeping the screw metering volume around 2–3 times the part weight.

    Solution:
    Renxin optimized the melt temperature, screw metering volume, screw speed, and residence time to reduce overheating. This helped prevent yellowing and ensured stable molding quality and a qualified appearance.
