Quality Built into Every Process
We implement a fully controlled quality system across the entire mold manufacturing process, strictly complying with IATF 16949 automotive standards. All critical processes are monitored using measurable and traceable data. This includes material verification, in-process CNC measurement, first-article inspection, and final dimensional and optical validation.

For automotive lighting molds, we place special focus on critical quality factors such as optical surface integrity, texture uniformity, dimensional stability, and stray-light control. This systematic approach ensures stable mold performance and consistent product quality in mass production.
Quality Control Standards
  • Pre-Production Performance Testing

    Under simulated mass-production conditions, we conduct comprehensive testing of both molds and molded parts, covering dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, optical performance, and mechanical functionality—removing final risks before mass production.

  • Optical Surface & Dimensional Verification

    Using high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we perform micron-level inspection and comparison of critical mold components and finished products. This ensures full compliance with design drawings in terms of key dimensions, complex surfaces, and positioning accuracy, guaranteeing mold fit precision and consistent product quality at the source.

  • Mold Disassembly & Final Inspection

    As the final quality checkpoint before shipment, the mold is fully disassembled under simulated post-production cooling conditions. All moving parts, sealing systems, fitting clearances, and cavity surfaces are carefully inspected to identify any hidden defects. This ensures that every delivered mold is fully functional, structurally sound, and capable of long-term stable production.

Transparent Process, Data-Driven Delivery

Clear documentation is a core part of our project management. For each project, Renxin Mould establishes a complete digital archive covering key decisions, technical verification, and quality status. These standardized reports support transparent communication with customers and ensure consistent alignment on project objectives, risks, and results.
