Under simulated mass-production conditions, we conduct comprehensive testing of both molds and molded parts, covering dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, optical performance, and mechanical functionality—removing final risks before mass production.
Using high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we perform micron-level inspection and comparison of critical mold components and finished products. This ensures full compliance with design drawings in terms of key dimensions, complex surfaces, and positioning accuracy, guaranteeing mold fit precision and consistent product quality at the source.
As the final quality checkpoint before shipment, the mold is fully disassembled under simulated post-production cooling conditions. All moving parts, sealing systems, fitting clearances, and cavity surfaces are carefully inspected to identify any hidden defects. This ensures that every delivered mold is fully functional, structurally sound, and capable of long-term stable production.
Clear documentation is a core part of our project management. For each project, Renxin Mould establishes a complete digital archive covering key decisions, technical verification, and quality status. These standardized reports support transparent communication with customers and ensure consistent alignment on project objectives, risks, and results.
